Biography
Simon Linke is a musicologist working in the diverse space between physics, math, and musical performance. In addition to musical acoustics, he focuses on nonlinear dynamics and synchronization of musicians and musical instruments, as well as Sonification and AI. At the ligeti center, he mainly explores new approaches to sound synthesis and new ways to describe the interaction between musicians. This is done not only using mathematical analysis but also through musical performances and installations.
