Participation on site in Hamburg includes full access to all events at ICMC HAMBURG 2026.
Full conference participation on site includes access to all conference locations, beverages, the opening event at Elbphilharmonie, the excursion to Luebeck (limited number of participants; first come, first served), and the after-party at Stellwerk.
The ICMC HAMBURG 2026 Banquet requires a separate fee. Lunch and dinner are not included.
For all non-paper tracks, in-person registration is required for anyone whose work has been accepted for presentation at ICMC 2026. Only papers may be presented off-site with remote registration.

Banquet
On Wednesday, May 13, the ICMC HAMBURG 2026 Banquet will take place at Speicher am Kaufhauskanal. It will be followed by a club concert, which is open to all conference participants.
Only 100 tickets are available for the banquet.

Conference participation via Zoom, without presence and participation on site. Remote conference participation includes all paper sessions, keynote speaker presentations, panels, evening concerts, and the opening event. Documentation of midday concerts, club concerts, and installations will be made available after the conference.

Day Ticket
In case you cannot attend the entire conference, we offer the option of purchasing Day Tickets to access the conference on specific days. A Day Ticket provides access to the full conference program for that day, including concerts.
